If you were an historic event?The Olympic Games. I was lucky enough to take part in the 2008 Games in Beijing. I will remember entering the Olympic Stadium with the Italian team for the rest of my life.

If you were a drink?A Mojito.
If you were a tournament?Acapulco. It’s fantastic – right in the middle of a resort, plus there’s a nightclub at the hotel. The weather is always fine. It’s like being on holiday.
If you had special powers?I’d like to be able to fly.
If you were a TV series?Lost.
If you were a footballer?Cannavaro. He’s the only one I can think of. I’m not a big football fan.
If you were a sport other than tennis?Beach tennis. I love it, and it’s so fun. My sister Giorgia is a beach tennis pro – she plays on the European beach tennis circuit.
