On the right side of the main, dash, dials you'll see two little buttons one above the other marked "h" and "m". Press the "m" button to change the minutes. The time will start to flash. Either press for individual minutes or hold down to advance more quickly.
Leave when done. The time will carry on flashing for about 20 seconds before returning to normal.
