| Georgian law on Freedom of Labor article 11. Judicial Guarantees. 1. A party shall have a right to appeal to the court for the purpose of preventing and eliminating the violation of rights and liberties recognized and protected by this law or a labor contract, as well as for the purpose of re-establishing the rights and liberties violated as a result of unlawful influence and interference. 2. During the court disputes arisen based on this Law, the court shall take a measures to reconcile the parties and for this purpose, it shall be authorized to postpone the hearing for one month. 3. During the court dispute arisen based on thisLaw, the burden of proof shall be imposed upon the plaintiff, except the disputes over the rights and responsibilities recognized and protected by this law, where the burden of proof is imposed upon the initiator of the restriction. აუ გთხოვთ იქნებ დამეხმაროთ და მაპოვნინოთ/მითარგმნოთ ამ კანონის ზუსტი ქართული ვარიანტი. |

რას არ გაიგონებს კაცი. საქართველოს შრომის კოდექსი გამიგია მაგრამ საქართველოს კანონი შრომის თავისუფლების შესახებ პირველად მესმის. http://www.parliament.ge/_special/kan/files/1909.pdf |
