Violation explanation
ADS IN POP-UPS: As stated in our program policies, AdSense publishers may not place ad or search code in any pop-up, pop-under, or separate window from the main content of your website. This includes any new browser window with ad code that isn't initiated by a user click, or that lacks normal navigational controls.
ENCOURAGING CLICKS: Publishers are not permitted to encourage users to click on Google ads or bring excessive attention to ad units. For example, your site cannot contain phrases such as "click the ads," "support our sponsors," "visit these recommended links," or other similar language that could refer to the Google ads on your site. Publishers are not permitted to alter the behavior or targeting of Google ads. This includes implementing the AdSense ad code in a "floating box script," or altering the ad-targeting using hidden keywords or IFRAMES.
Payment
As your account has been permanently disabled, we will withhold payment of your account balance. As stated in the AdSense Terms and Conditions (https://www.google.com/adsense/localized-terms), Google reserves the right to withhold payments from publishers due to any breach of the program agreement. Please note that this step was taken in an effort to maintain the quality of the AdSense program and to protect the interests of our AdWords advertisers. The earnings on your account will be returned to the affected advertisers.
Sites Disabled
Since your account was found to be in violation of our program policies, all of the sites you were monetizing have had ad-serving disabled and they are no longer eligible for participation in the AdSense program.
No further accounts
