The payment to you shall be sent in 60 days after the end of the month, when your channel has been terminated. The payment for June will be made after the 30th of August.
The channel is terminated because of infringements, which were detected within 30 days before the date of termination.
The access to your personal QuizGroup Partners dashboard is still available.
If any of your channels got terminated by YouTube, this does not affect your other channels.
If you would like to change the payment method of the terminated channel and you have no access to the QuizGroup Partner Program Dashboard, please follow the link:
https://join.quizgroup.com/block_account and fill in the requested details. Then click the "Submit" tab and enter your new payment details. Unless you have received payments for your channel from QuizGroup (or Life) after 01-01-2015, please contact us at support@quizgroup.com.
To change the payment method/details of the terminated channel please submit your application before the 10th day of the month. Example: Your channel has been terminated in February. The payment will be made on the 30th of April to your new payment account if you make changes before the 10th of March. If you change payment method/details on the 10th of March or later, the payment will be made to your previous payment account.
