Character designs and their visual perception, which consists the main part of the reported video are therefore infringing Outfit7's copyrights.
Furthermore, Outfit7’s creations (videos, web episode, cartoon series) are committed to creating family-oriented entertainment and Outfit7 takes all necessary measures to protect its characters and brands from being associated with inappropriate themes.
According to our legal rights we intend to report all videos with similar fraudulent online game-play. In order to avoid further procedures, we kindly ask you to remove this content from YouTube.
We are willing to remove the copyright strike on the condition you delete the video yourself, as well as any other videos on your channel that display or imitate our brand.
