We have made a number of changes to our End User License Agreement (both ‘Real Money’ and ‘Play Money’) governing the terms of our service that we provide to you.
The updated Real Money End User License Agreement incorporates by reference our ‘Home Games Terms and Conditions’ and also introduces clauses on our Virtual Items offering. Other key updates to the Real Money Agreement include: (i) greater clarity on the steps we may take while we complete our customer verification checks; (ii) a new clause on our and your rights and obligations where we may have mistakenly credited a customer’s account; (iii) how we deal with positive balances in dormant or inactive customer accounts; and (iv) an explanation that customers may be required to agree to additional third party terms when using games or software licensed to us by third parties for your use.
The updated Play Money End User License Agreement slightly amends the wording surrounding our Virtual Items offering and also sets out the same explanatory wording that customers may be required to agree to additional third party terms when using games or software licensed to us by third parties for your uses.
You will have the opportunity to either accept or decline these changes. You will be required to take action to acknowledge the changes, and upon acceptance, these changes will come into effect with your continued use of the services.
In the event that you decide not to accept these changes you will no longer be able to continue using our gaming services, however, we will give you the option to accept at any other future time when you log in to your Stars Account.
