დიდი მადლობა, ძალიან საინტერესო თემაა...

Stallman-ის და Linus Torvald-სის ყველაზე დიდი დამსახურება არის ის, იმჰო, რომ მათ ჩამოაყალიბეს უდიდესი სოციალური ქსელი (community) , რომელიც დემოკრატიულ ფასეულობებზეა დაფუძნებული და მათ დაწერეს GPL-ი. GPL-ი ნიშნავს იმას, რომ ამ ქსელის ყველა წევრი თანაბარი უფლებებითა და მატერიალური სიკეთეებით სარგებლობენ, მათ შორის ხდება ამ სიკეთეების გაცვლა (პროგრამული კოდის), ძალიან ბუნებრივი გზით იმჰო, მაგრამ აქ მთავარი პროგრამული კოდი კი არ არის, მთავარი კომუნიტია და არა ვინმე ერთი ადამიანი ან ადამიანთა ჯგუფი. რაღაც ლოზუნგივით ჟღეს, :D მაგრამ ეგრეა სინამდვილეში, თითოეული ადამიანი არი უდიდესი asset.

ლინუქსის კერნელი 10 მილიონ ხაზს შეადგენს.
GNU-ში დაწერილი პროგრამების კოდი შეიძლება 10-ჯერ მეტი იყოს. ყველანი თავისუფლად ვსარგებლობთ ამით და გამოდის, რომ GPL არის social contract, რომელიც ყველას გვაძლევს უფლებას, მივიღოთ სარგებელი და ამავე დროს, გვავალდებულებს სხვებსაც გაუზიაროთ ეს სიკეთე. ანუ ღორობას გვიკრძალავს. :D

GPL-ი ნებაყოფლობითია, ვისაც არ მოწონს ნუ ისარგებლებს ამ ლიცენზიით და ეგ არის. თუ სარგებლობ უკვე, მაშინ კეთილი ინებე და როგორც ამ პროგრამის ავტორმა მოგცა ეს პროგრამა (უფასოდ, თავისუფლად) ისევე გადაეცი სხვებს.


ამ პროგრამის დახურვა ძალიან დიდი უსამართლობა იქნებოდა, იმჰო.

ვიღაცამ იწვალოს, თავისი შრომა ჩადოს, შემდეგ OSS კომუნიტის გადასცეს, მე კიდევ ავიღო ეს კოდი, რომელშიც 1 ხაციზ არ არის ჩემი და გავყიდო?!
მემგონი არა-ეთიკური იქნება ხო? :)

ჩემი პოსტით მინდოდა მხოლოდ შემდეგის თქმა:
1) არ ვცემ პატივს კერპთაყვანისმცემლებს. იქნება ეს სტოლმანის, ჯობსის, გეიტსის თუ ლენინის ბრმა და ფანატიკური (<ხაზს ვუსვამ) თაყვანისმცემელი.
2) პატივს ვცემ იდეურ და პრინციპიალურ ხალხს, იქნება ეს სტოლმანი, ლენინი თუ სტალინი, მდიდარი თუ ღარიბი.
გინდაც ეს იდეა ჩემს მიმართ მტრულად იყოს განწყობილი.
3) არ მჯერა, რომ სტოლმანი ეკუთვნის ამ #2 პუნქტის ტიპს და უფრო "სუფთაა" ვიდრე ვთქვათ, "მონსტრი გეიტსი".
(ისე, როგორც გვარწმუნებენ #1 ტიპის წარმომადგენლები)

4) ადამიანი პრინციპში არ უნდა იყოს ღორი, და არა აკრძალვის შიშით. ეგ მომენტი მქონდა მხედველობაში სწორად.
იქ სადაც არის რაიმე აკრძალვა ან საერთოდ რაიმე პირობა, ეს აღარ არის თავისუფლება.
ამიტომაც gpl არის უბრალოდ საკმაოდ ლამაზი და ლიბერალური ლიცენზია. და არა უმეტეს ამისა.

უკვე ფილოსოფიაშიც ფათური ხელისა...ეგონა თვითონ იმ დონეზე დიდი იყო, რომ ფილოსოფიაშიც
უდიდეს რამეებს აღმოაჩენდა და შედეგად "გაიბანძა" თავი (თუმცა რამდენად ქვია ამას გაბანძება არ ვიცი,
მაგრამ მაინც, მისი ფილოსოფია დღეს 0-ის ტოლია არა მარტო ჩვენთვის, მთელი ცივილიზებული
სამყაროსთვის)... იგივე მოუვიდა დარვინს როცა ბიოლოგიაში საკმაოდ დიდი აღმოჩენები გააკეთა
"გადაძვრა" ფილოსოფიაში და იქ უკვე გაიჭედა... აქ რასთან გვაქვს იცი საქმე?! იმასთან რასაც
მართლმადიდებელი ადამიანი სულში ჩაბუდებულ და ფესვებგადგმულ ბოროტს უწოდებს, რამაც
ადამის მოდგმა ცოდვის გზაზე დააყენა - ამპარტავნება! იგივე მოუვიდა სტოლმანსაც... ამ ადამიანმა
ძირითადად სახელმწიფოსადმი დაპირისპირებით დაიწყო, მიხვდა, რომ მომვალი ძალიან ცუდ რამეს
გვიქადოდა თუ მთავრობების სახით და თუ ბილ გეიტსის მსგავსი ადამიანთა სიმრავლით... ხოდა,
დაიწყო ამ კაცმა საქმე, რომლის დასასრული კი არა დარწმუნებული ვარ შუა გზაც კი ვერ წარმოედგინა,
რომ ასეთი იქნებოდა... საქმე რომლის დაწყებასაც უდიდესი რწმენა, საკუთარ თავში დარწმუნებულობა
და უდიდესი სულიერი თუ ფიზიკური ძალისხმევა სჭირდებოდა... დაიწყო, გააგრძელა და როცა უკვე
საგრძნობლად მიაღწია წარმატებას თავი იჩინა დარვინის, მარქსის და საერთოდ, ადამის მოდგმის
ცოდვამ - ამპარტავნებამ... დაათრევს ეხლა ეს ამპარტავნება ამ მართლა დიდი კაცს და ათამაშებს
თავის ჭკუაზე.... კიდევ ვიმეორებ, ეს არის დეტალი, რომელიც მე მართლა არ მომწონს სტოლმანში და
GNU-ში....

აქაც გეთანხმები აბსოლუტურად, მაგრამ საქმე აქ იმაშია, რომ თავისუფალი პროგრამული უზრუნველყოფის
იდეა "აკრძალვებს" უყენებს არა მომხმარებლებს, არამედ developer-ებს, პროგრამისტებს თავად, უბრალო და
ჩვეულებრივი მომხმარებლების სასარგებლოდ...
რაც შეეხება თავისუფალი პროგრამების გაყიდვას: არ არის მსგავსი შეზღუდვა,
ამ ლინკზე შეგიძლიათ წაიკითხოთ და ნახოთ, რომ
თავისუფალი პროგრამული უზრუნველყოფის გაყიდვა არ წარმოადგენს ლიცენზიით გათვალისწინებული
პირობების დარღვევას... მაგალითისათვის მოვიყვან ციტატას ამავე სტატიიდან:

როგორც ვხედავთ აქ შეუზღუდვა გაყიდვაზე მოხსნილია და თავისულება გვეძლევა ამ საკითხშიც, კერძოდ,
შეგვიძლია გავყიდოთ სხვის მიერ შექმნილი პროგრამული უზრუნველყოფა იმდენად, რამდენადაც გვსურს...

რამდენადაც ვიცი, ტორვალდსმა ეს წერილი მისწერა

ქონდა იმ ჟამად ლინუსას ძალიან დიდი იყო და დღეს კიდე გადიდგულებია სერიოზულად...
აღსანიშნავია, რომ გადიდგულება და ამპტარტავნება ვახსნე, რომ Stallman-საც ახასიათებს,
მაგრამ ამ უკანასკნელს ძალიან დიდი რამე აქვს გაკეთებული და ყველაფერს თვითონ მიაღწია,
დამოუკიდებლად ყველასგან, ლინუსა კიდე GNU-ს გარეშე ჰელსინკის უნივერსიტეტში წაიკითხავდა
ლექციებს და თვითან თვემდე დაელოდებოდა ხელფასს ისე, რომ კაციშვილს ფინეთის გარდა მისი
სახელი არ ეცოდინებოდა არავის...

ტიპიური მონდომება ინტელექტუალური ადამიანის-გაუზიაროს სხვასაც, თავისი ცოდნა. მადლობ.

თავისუფლება, დემოკრატია, ადამიანთა უფლებები - ყველაფერი ეს არ ნიშნავს აბსოლუტურ თავისუფლებას. ყველაფერში გეთანხმები რაც დაწერე, მაგრამ... ყოველთვის იარსებებს ისეთი ხალხი, რომელიც ამ თავისუფლების ბოროტ ექსპლოატაციას მოახდენენ თავიან ბინძურ საქმეებისთვის. ზუსტად ამიტომ არის საჭირო ეს შეზღუდვები, რომ თავიდან ავიცილოთ ესეთი შემთხვევები.

ყველა "თავისუფალ" ქვეყანაში არსებობს რაღაც საერთო წესები, მორალი, სოციალური კოდექსი, პოლიტიკური წყობილება, რომელსაც თავისუფალი ინდივიდები ემორჩილებიან და თავიანთ თავისუფლების კარგავენ (სხვებს ანდობენ), კომპრომისზე მიდიან, რომ მათი კეთილდღეობა და თავისუფლება დაცული იყოს. ზუსტად ამას ვამბობ მე. მეტს არაფერს. კომპრომისზე წასვლა არის საჭირო იმისთვის, რომ ყველას გვქონდეს თავისუფლება და არა ერთ ან 10994 კაცს - ყველას!

მთავარი მაინც არის კომუნიტი. აგივარდება თავში აბა რა იქნება. შენ დაწერილ კერნელს მილიონობით ხალხი რომ იყინებს, არა მარტო კომპიუტერებში, არამედ სამედიცინო და სხვა handheld, embedded დევაისებში, tivo, dreambox და ა.შ

მე არც ლინუსას ფანი ვარ და არც GNU zealot-ი. მე რეალობა დავწერე. მიყვარს gentoo-ს კომუნიიტი და აქაურიც :) ლინუსა და სტალმანი რომ არა ახლა ეს თემაც არ იქნებოდა და იმის გარჩევა, თუ რომელი მოერევა ლინუსა თუ სტალმანი.... :) თუმცა ყველა გვაქვს აზრის თAვისუფლად გამოხატვის საშუალება და გამოვიყენოთ იგი.

სხვათაშორის არანაირად..
ვარ სტოლმანის ლექციაზე ნამყოფი და არ დამრჩენია ასეთი შთაბეჭდილება.. ეს კაცი არანაირად არ არის ამპარტავანი.. პირიქით სარკაზმის ტონში ასე ვთქვათ "ეკაიფება" თავის "ფანატებს" :)
+ ამას ლექციის ბოლოში გულწრფელი სინანულით აღნიშნა დაახლოებით ასეთი რამ: "გნუ სისტემის რთულად განვითარების ერთ-ერთი მიზეზი ისიცაა, რომ დღესაც აქ მყოფთა 80-90% ჩემი ავტორიტეტის გამო მოხვედით და არა გნუს მთავარი საოცრების უკეთესად გასააზრებლად."
მე პირადად მის ბოლო მოსაზრებას ვეთანხმები, რამეთუ პირადად მეც "დროს ვერ გამოვნახავდი" ვინმე სხვას რომ წაეკითხა ეს ლექცია.

რაც შეეხება gnu/linux ს, ფაქტიურად მართალი ხარ და კარგიცაა რო გააგებინე ხალხს რა როგორ არის და როგორ იყო, მაგრამ ეს სახელი სწორედ ამ დონეზე უნდა იცოდეს ხალხმა.. არაა საჭირო პროექტებს ასე ერქვას. ელემენტარულად თუნდაც მარკეტინგის მხრივ არ იქნება ეს სწორი.. ადამიანური საწყისების მხრივაც: ნებისმიერი ადამიანისთვის გაცილებით იოლი და უკეთესია პროდუქტს ერთი სახელი (უფრო კონკრეტული) უწოდოს (c ცისფერი მთები ანუ..). არავინ არ უარყოფს იმას, რომ ლინუქსი არის გნუს შვილობილი.. არც ერთი ლინუქსი.. და არც არავინ უარყოფს, რომ გნუს გარეშე და საერთოდ ქომიუნიტის გარეშე ლინუქსი თითქმის ნოლია.. და არც ლინუს ტორვალდს წაურთმევია სახელი გნუსთვის. ეს გააკეთა ხალხმა+მარკეტინგმა..


საერთოდ, იგრძნობა შენი დამოკიდებულება ავტორიტეტების მიმართ და არცაა ეგ ცუდი. პირადად მეც ვიზიარებ ამ ადამიანის მოსაზრებას:

მაგრამ მგონია რომ არ უნდა გადაიზარდოს ეს სიძულვილში.. უფრო ადამიანის კიდევ ერთ საწყისს: შურს(კეთილი იმედია) ვხედავ აქ, ამ ფრაზაში:

უბრალოდ გაითვალისწინეთ, რომ არც ერთი დიდი რამ, იქნება ეს აღმოჩენა, გამოგონება თუ მიღწევა არ მომხდარა აბსოლიტურად ნულიდან.. ყოველთვის არსებობდნენ ისეთი კონცეფციები(ამ შემთხვევაში გნუ), "რომლის გარეშეც" ნებისმიერი აღმომჩენი თუ გამომგონებელი "თვიდან თვემდე დაელოდებოდა ხელფასებს", მაგრამ ეს არ აკნინებს და მითუმეტეს გაკიცხვის საგნად არ ხდის არც ნიუტონს, არც აინშტაინს და ამ შემთხვევაში არც ლინუსს.
იმედია საწყენად არ მიიღებს არავინ ჩემს პოსტს. არც არავის ვახვევ ჩემს აზრს, უბრალოდ ჩემი აზრი დავაფიქსირე იმ უარყოფითი ტალღის აგორებაზე, რაც რატომღაც იწყება ამ ფორუმზე :(
