Living in the apartment may be suitable different people. Some of them do work near, or even it can be easier and cheaper to rent a flat. Unless there is not so much possibility to have a swimming pool, playground or a garden, you can not have that much place for the personal gym, you have raliability to be more safe, clean and flexible for work. One more thing that I do not like in apartment is the garage, so you have to search for the parking place, if the apartment has not got own, but in this case you just have to pay more.

at apartemtn you can't party or listen music louder after 11PM, in you house you can party 24/7

most people are renting apartments and paying almost same monthly payment, which you can pay for owing a house, thats a good point, you own it, not renting and wasting your money, house might be a little expensive, but works better

ok, trash problem ... You have to carry your trash to dumbsters ( gosh, hate it ) at house, you can just put in the end of the driveway and they'll pick it up on several days in a week.

and much, much moree blaaaahh .... you have to live in both places to tell differences between apt and house

I looooooove to live in house


P.S. landlords are asssholes, they wont turn heat on till middle of November and if something brokes, that will take forever to fix !!!
