Here is a breakdown of the issues we've received the most emails about within
the past 24 hours. Again, if none of these pertain to your email, just reply
back to this response and we'll give you the individual attention that you
deserve!
I Have "0" PTZ - My Account Is Bugged
Some new accounts are having display and PTZ issues right now. Most notably
their myLockerz page doesn't display properly, the information they enter into
their Settings doesn't save, and their PTZ never accumulate and stay at zero.
Invited friends might might not display when you know that they've signed up.
We're still trying to determine why this is only affecting some accounts and we
hope to have this problem fixed very soon. This is frustrating. It's not the
first impression we want to make on new members! Any Login or Daily PTZ are
stored in the database. The only PTZ potentially lost are from the PTZ Catch
Game. There is a bug right now where some members play the game but immediately
lose the PTZ they earned from the game. We will be crediting any account
affected by this glitch with 25 PTZ within the next few weeks.
I Have Way More Friends Than It Says
The friend count problem is affecting many accounts right now. There can be a
delay sometimes getting your invited sign ups to show as "Accepted." It might
also show as "Not Opened" when you know they opened their invite. Their status
eventually updates and the referral PTZ will display in your account. Let us
know if your problem lasts longer than a week or if its keeping you from Z-List
status that you've earned.
I Don't Get My Login or Daily PTZ
Some members may notice their PTZ not going up after logging in or answering
the current day's Dailies question, in most cases, this is a temporary display
problem. Your PTZ are counted and accurate in our database. They should display
correctly soon. We generally add any missed daily, login, or referral PTZ that
are documented in our database as earned but not displayed to all account
balances in the days leading into our PTZ Place replenishment - if not sooner.
There is also an issue right now with members that have the "Remember Me" box
checked on their Lockerz sign in page. There is a chance that your PTZ will not
register if this box is checked. For the time being, it's best to uncheck that
box and manually enter your email and combination with each login.
If nothing is happening when you click "SUBMIT" on your Dailies you are
probably using the Firefox browser. Switch to IE or another browser of your
choice and the Submit button should work and you should get your "Cha Ching."
If you ever get the "Cha Ching You've Got 0 PTZ" error - you'll be okay. Your
PTZ will come.
Nobody Is Getting My Invites
Right now, it appears that our system is just overloaded and these invites
should find their way to your friends and family soon - just not as quickly as
we'd all like. Also investigating the high number of fraud invites is also
slowing us down. Please let us know if your friends still haven't received
their invites by this time next week. They should also check their SPAM folders
too. In the meantime, some members have had better luck inviting their friends
through Facebook. That is an alternative option for you until our email invite
system is working better.
When Is The Next Re-Stock/Why Is Everything "Fresh Out"
We blew through October's inventory. We re-stock each month. There will be a
Z-List Only Prize Redemption some time in November. We will message Z-Listers
on the day of the event (not before) on the Lockerz Hallway and email. Everyone
else will also be able to redeem before the end of November. Check daily on the
Hallway for updates as we have them. The Hallway is your My Lockerz page.
When Will The Full Site Launch
There should be an announcement soon about the full site launch. We were hoping
to have the full site launched in October but we're delaying the launch for a
few weeks. We feel that we need to improve the functionality of our existing
site first.
You may have noticed the "Coming Soon" sections of the site. The shopping bag
is the channel where Lockerz members will be able to purchase the most coveted
fashion, accessory and consumer brands and earn PTZ doing so. The TV icon is
where members will be able to earn PTZ by watching videos, listening to new
music and playing games.
Members will earn PTZ every time they watch a new video or listen to a posted
song or try a new game for the first time. If you love it, you'll earn even
more PTZ if you buy and download it from Lockerz. There will be 15+ ways to
earn PTZ at Lockerz and many more ways to use your PTZ as well. You can use
your PTZ to either redeem prizes or get some killer discounts at our online
store.
How Do I Get My Z-List T-Shirt
Please make sure that your full name, shipping address, gender, t-shirt size,
and phone number are filled out correctly in your account settings. Including
your country which can be selected in the drop down menu.
If you're outside the U.S., we DEFINITELY need your phone number to ship a
t-shirt to you as it's required by our shipping company.
In the ‘STATE’ field, if you have a State or Province in your address, enter it
there. If you don't have a State or Province, please enter your two character
COUNTRY CODE. Your order will not go through without this field filled in.

It typically takes 14-21 days for U.S. Z-Listers to receive their t-shirt.
There is a 3-4 week wait for international shirts. Once we receive all of your
information we can generally ship your shirt within one week. If you reply back
to this email in another week or two, I should be able to tell whether or not
your t-shirt has shipped. We don't send shipping confirmations for t-shirts.
I'll be able to get back to you faster if you give me your full name.
Do You Ship To My Country
We are now shipping PTZ Place prizes internationally to every country in the
drop down menu in account settings! All U.S. and global shipping is FREE!
Every package sent internationally will be labeled as a “gift.” This should
eliminate or significantly reduce any import duty or tax in the vast majority
of countries. However, Lockerz cannot be responsible for paying any further
fees or tariffs imposed by a recipient’s local government.
For our Brazil members, your country does not allow “gifts” to be shipped
without fees or tariffs. We are in the process of creating an alternative
shipping and distribution strategy for you to solve this problem. This will
delay your order by up to 21-30 days but it should be worth it!
PTZ Catch Game Problems
There are two glitches with the PTZ Catch game. Some members can't get the game
to completely launch and others play the game but immediately lose any PTZ
earned from playing. We will be crediting any account affected by the glitch
where PTZ were lost with 25 PTZ within the next few weeks. Those that were
unable to play the game at all will have another opportunity to play. It may be
helpful if you make sure your browser is accepting cookies, clear your cache,
close your browser, reopen your browser, make sure you have the latest version
of Flash installed on your computer (http://get .adobe.com /flashplayer) and
try logging in again. The game should launch for you then if you haven't been
able to play before.
Login/Display Problems
Please try the following steps if you haven't already: 1) Please make sure your
browser is accepting cookies. 2) Clear your internet cache and close your
browser. 3) Restart your browser and download the latest version of Flash here:
http://get .adobe.com /flashplayer 4) Try logging back into Lockerz!
If the steps above are unsuccessful, and if your computer is connected to a
home router, please reset the router and try to log back into Lockerz.
You might also want to try logging in from a different computer or location to
rule out a potential issue with your IP address. Some members may have
accidentally caused their IP address to be blocked by Lockerz through repeated
refreshes or attempts to login while the site was down.
Please let us know if you continue to have a problem accessing the site or
viewing parts of the site after taking the above steps. Our tech team can then
look into that issue. It would also be helpful to know what web browser you use
and what specific error messages you're getting when you can't sign in. But try
those basic suggestions first.
Can't Reset My Password
Apparently our Password Reset process is broken right now. Our tech team has
identified a temporary fix but it's a bit cumbersome. We will get back to you
very shortly to walk you through the temporary process. We'll be able to get
back to you more quickly if you send us another email with "Password" in the
subject. That email would then be routed directly to our tech team who can
contact you and hopefully get you back on Lockerz soon!
Can't Change My Email
There is an error message right now when members try to change their email
address in account settings. Again our tech team is working on this problem.
Why Do I Have Alerts?
Don't worry too much about these "Alerts." In most cases, they are just basic
generic announcements from Lockerz. Things like "this person has accepted your
invite to join Lockerz." Eventually you'll be able to open these Alerts so they
won't forever be a mystery. But anything important regarding your account will
be emailed to you.
Status Of My Order
The processing and packing of some orders has been delayed at our fulfillment
center. One of the reasons for this delay is we discovered that many prizes
were redeemed by members through fraud PTZ accumulated by cheating Lockerz.
This has regrettably delayed shipment of prizes redeemed by honest members
since we have to carefully investigate each account before okaying shipment.
You will receive a shipping confirmation once your redeemed prize ships.
Download links for the desktop backgrounds and electronic codes for the Amazon
Gift Cards will be emailed to you soon. Please let us know if you still haven't
received these by the end of the week - especially if your PTZ have already
been deducted.
What Is the Odyss Amnesty?
We strongly encourage you to be honest about any cheating. This is why we've
recently asked members to email amnesty@lockerz.com to confess any wrongdoing.
You have until 11:59 PM EST on November 13, 2009 to email us at
amnesty@lockerz.com and confess how you cheated (when, how, and how many PTZ).
You will lose any PTZ associated with your cheating but this is the only way
dishonest members will be forgiven and given a second chance. If we discover
your cheating goes beyond what you have told us in the Amnesty, your points
will be set to zero and your account could be disabled. So it's ultimately
better to lose PTZ tied to cheating now rather than lose all of your PTZ and
possibly your entire account.
Can I Delete My Account
If you would like to delete your account, please email change@lockerz.com and
put “Delete” in the subject. We will only honor delete requests if they come
from the email address associated with the email address of the account in
question. Even though we will disable your account, we welcome you back at any
time in the future.
It Tells Me To Print My Receipt And Bring It To The Event - I Redeemed An XBOX
ELITE or IPOD NANO for 10 PTZ
You used 10 PTZ to enter a sweepstakes to win an XBox Elite or Ipod Nano. You
didn't redeem the ACTUAL prize. Check the Hallway to find out what day we'll be
announcing the winner of your sweepstakes. The receipt you receive is
confirmation of your entry into the sweepstakes.
Please note that the Lockerz daily sweepstakes at the moment are only for U.S.
and Canadian members until we get all of our paperwork processed to present
sweepstakes for our international members. We intend to offer sweepstakes to
members outside the U.S. and Canada as soon as possible. We hope to update are
international members with a specific schedule by the end of November. But
international members are not eligible for this contest and any PTZ lost from
redeeming can't be credited back since the rules were clearly posted in the
announcement at Lockerz.
Can My Brothers, Sisters, or Parents Join?
Any member of your household can have their own individual Lockerz account with
a valid email address. Just as long as it's one membership per person and it's
a legitimate account created by that member and not you. So anyone in your
family can join in on the fun at Lockerz!
Now, keep in mind, we do monitor IP addresses for suspicious activity. If it's
just a few family members there won't be a problem. We usually recommend no
more than five accounts from one household or IP address. More accounts might
raise a red flag and cause your invites to be questioned.
