Reproductive Health National Council at the Ministry of Labour, Health and Social Affairs of Georgia is announcing an opening for the position of Administrative Assistant.
Position level: General Service post.

Organizational context:
The Administrative Assistant will be the staff of the Secretariat of the National RH Council based at the Ministry of Labour, Health and Social Affairs and will be responsible for providing administrative support to the National Council under the guidance of the Chairperson.
Duties and responsibilities:
** Coordinate regular work of National Reproductive Health Council;
** Manage the office;
** Arrange daily routine reports;
** Maintain correspondence regularly;
** Act as a receptionist in the office;
** Implement other works as assigned.
Requirements:
** Computer skills: MS Office, e-mail, Internet, PowerPoint;
** Office managerial skills;
** Good interpersonal communication skills, self-motivation, team player;
** High organizational talent, strong sense of responsibility, hard working, energetic, disciplined and well-organized;
** Language requirements: English, Russian;
** Minimum 2-3 years work experience.
