The ENA offers degree courses in higher education. These training level Master 2 lead to advanced degrees, and rely on partnerships with universities, colleges and other institutions of renowned experts in their field.

The professional masters
The ENA offers three professional masters open to persons engaged in an occupation or wishing to complete their university studies.
The European Master in Governance and Administration ( MEGA ) in partnership with the University of Paris 1 Pantheon-Sorbonne and the University of Potsdam (Germany) The MEGA aims to develop methods of modern governance in the context of European and international cooperation. It contributes to the creation of a European network of young professionals motivated and well trained on these issues.
The Master in Public Management ( PGM ), in partnership with the University of Paris Dauphine. The MGP aims to train managers able to control and supervise the modernization process undertaken within the public sector, as well as cadres private sector can work with the public sector.
The Specialized Master "Prevention and Management Authorities Risk" ( MPGTR ) The MPGTR is aimed at professionals and students moving - or wishing to change - in a context of risk management in its broadest sense (public health emergency preparedness, risk environmental, technological, legal, urban, health, etc.)
ENA is also engaged in professional Masters, organized at the request of and in partnership with universities or foreign institutions . The NAS responds to requests from foreign institutions and negotiate with them the terms of partnership, not put work and issuing diplomas. These Masters are open to candidates with a university degree, already working a job and wish to complete their university studies.

The Cycles specialized international public administration (CISAP)
Cycles of long-term (8 to 16 months),
generalist or specialist, held in Strasbourg. International Long Cycle (CIL - 16 months) , which may be supplemented by one of the following masters:
