Our Theory for The Reichenbach Fall

Sherlock enlisted the help of Molly. We all know Molly is pretty damn awesome, and we know that Sherlock really does respect her, he’s just shy around women.
What do we know about Molly? She’s is a forensic pathologist working in the morgue at St Bartholomew’s Hospital with an apparent crush on Sherlock. Making her a perfect. As a pathologists, she could help him fake his own death.
Throughout the episode, it looked like Sherlock was being beaten at every turn. Jim Moriarity looked like he was seriously getting under his skin. Come on guys, this is Sherlock we’re talking about… he knows EVERYTHING.
Sherlock chose the meeting place for his meet with Jim Moriarity. Hold on. Jim is a pretty smart guy too, he’s just like Sherlock. This would have told him that Sherlock actually had a plan or 50…
Sherlock made sure that John wouldn’t be around. He roughly knew the time it would take for John to arrive back.
Does anyone remember the newspaper clipping?
Hospital Refit
Sherlock does, in fact, have a lot of friends. Remember the Homeless Network? What’s to bet the ‘audience’ that was surrounding said-Sherlock on the pavement, were in fact, the Homeless Network. (same with the guy who hit John on his bike)
Remember how Mycroft seemed way too cold and detacted from what was currently happening to Sherlock? Don’t forget, Mycroft is also a very smart guy, and he was feeling really quite lousy for the whole Moriarity business — Our guess is that, he knew himself that Sherlock would need to fake his death, and he’ll be helping him afterwards.
Don’t forget about the young child, who screamed at Sherlock, setting everything in motion. Obviously, she recognised him – but of course it wasn’t the real Sherlock she recognised. So, there were two Sherlocks. One with either, a wig or plastic surgery/latex mask. I’m banking on Jim Moriarity having a wig/mask and changing himself a bit. Remember Richard Brook? That was some fine acting! You could really see he changed completely. No more cold exterior, no more calcuating eyes… If anybody could play off Sherlock Holmes, it’s Jim Moriarity.
Moriarity decides to kill himself on the roof. Is that real? Who knows, but remember the guy was visibly INSANE.
Sherlock had a lot of time to think about the young girl, and why she screamed at him. Knowing how good Molly and Sherlock are at forensics and other misc stuff related to bodies — We are completely sure they realised who and how someone framed Sherlock.
On the roof. Molly got the body, and used Moriaritys ‘costume’ and quickly took him downstairs to the pavement. At this point, unless you knew Sherlock well and you were completely coherent and sober – you would have noticed that the body on the pavement wasn’t in fact, Sherlock.
While all this went on, John was told to stay in a very specific place so that he could be a reliable eye-witness. His view was obstructed by a garabge truck.
Molly faked the coroner’s report. Faked the DNA tests. We already know this can be done. Just ask Irene Adler.
