Live Bait starts off where last season’s finale left off, only this time we’re following the Governor. He is a little different than what we’ve seen so far.
This is an episode that’s lighter on action and more on telling the story of a character’s emotional journey. But I will say this - the second to last line is “Holy shit.” And I can almost guarantee you won’t guess the circumstances around it.
We see a new town and meet a few new characters and learn how they coped after the world turned. They had a very different experience than our prison group and are in a different place emotionally. We also get a glimpse of what became of Woodbury.
Although the phrase is not said, the theme of “coming back” is once again explored from a different perspective.
