ესეც ჩვენი ბულოკი

,,We will do everything in our might to win the Copa del Rey”Louis Bullock sat down with Realmadrid.com 48 hours before his team tips-off against Barcelona in the opening game of the 2009 Copa del Rey.
Real Madrid is in great shape heading into the Copa del Rey.
We're playing much better than at the beginning of the season, which is important heading into the Copa del Rey. We are confident in our basketball.
You've made some pretty great comebacks in recent games.
It's hard to explain. I'm not pleased with the fact. But games aren't won at the beginning. They're won after 40 minutes.
Playing the Copa at home is a plus, but it also means more pressure.
It can be both. There are many great teams that want to win and they will have a lot of fans here to support them. But it's not the fans who score baskets. We have to score. We have to play it to our advantage.
You get to play Barcelona yet again.
We're going to play a season's worth of games. You have to beat the best to win the Copa. That's what is great about this tournament.
What difference is there between this game and the last two?
We won't be as tired heading into this one because we don't have a Euroleague game. Both teams have several days to prepare, which means it might be more of a defensive struggle. We want to put forth the best image possible.
You'll be up against Navarro and Basile again. What will you do differently?
I'll try to do the best I can to win the game, but that doesn't mean anything special. We'll play like a team. They are good players, but I feel comfortable playing against them. I know them very well.
It's your sixth Copa appearance and you're the top scorer of all active players and seventh in the all-time chart. Are you still upset you haven't won it?
Those are great stats, but they are meaningless without a Copa. I hope this is the year. I'll try to do my best every. I admit I like trophies more than individual accolades.
You're surging at just the right moment.
We've had a tough Ferbruary. It's been a preparation for the Copa. The team's intensity has increased and we've been winning. We've learned a lot, and we will apply it in the tournament.
Do those wins boost team morale?
A lot of players talk on the court. They say you shouldn't wake a sleeping giant. Sometimes they tell me things. I don't tend to say anything on the court, but I am very competitive. I tend to forget about everything after the game. There are many kinds of players. In my case I try to be as sportsmanlike as possible. Others don't.
Real Madrid is unstoppable in the Euroleague. You don't know where you will end up until you play all six games, but we have done well. We have two important road trips and still need to host Alba Berlin. There's still a long road ahead.
Is having a Euroleague game shortly after the Copa a bad thing?
We're used to playing like this. There is always a Top 16 game after the Copa. It doesn't change our plans.
