If you feel like you’ve been working your little wings off exploring the Abyss and securing Balaurea, you might want to step back and take a breather. Daeva’s Day is the time of year when we think about all that we’ve achieved as Daevas, and let ourselves have a little fun.
Originally it marked the anniversary of the ascension of the first ‘regular’ Daevas (after the Twelve Empyrean Lords), but as more and more Daevas each year are blessed by Aion, it became a chance to congratulate them. This is a very special Daeva’s Day—we can’t think of any time in history when so many have ascended in such a short time! Time to eat cake, and wear silly hats. (It’s all about the silly hats.)
The Daeva’s Day event will take place from September 22, 2010 - October 6th, 2010.
The event is a way of congratulating and celebrating all Daevas who have ascended in the previous year, and rewards participants with firecrackers, pieces of cake, and festive headwear to set the party mood.
How to Start
Since this event is a celebration of Daevas, only ascended Daevas (characters level 10 and above) can participate. During the event, characters have a high chance of picking up a Cake Coupon from any monster that they defeat. Double-clicking these coupons will start a quest, prompting characters to talk to a Daeva of Blessing NPC in the capital city of each race.
