Thank you for reaching out to me - please allow me to explain the situation a bit. Our partner Garena holds many regions that operate under their jurisdiction. One region, which we title as CIS, contains the countries that are legally classified as the CIS region but they also control other countries. We call the region the CIS region because that is the most easily recognizable for a large number of people - but they are not limited to only that region.
I hope that clears everything up and I am terribly sorry about the wording - I can see how it can become confusing.

Garena has access to certain regions - one of them is the literal CIS region which consists of the countries you pointed out before. I do understand that Gerogia is not part of the CIS region anymore but that does not prevent Garena from becoming a partner there. Garena is more concerned on the geographical location of the country and no so much if it is part of the CIS or not.
Due to the geographical location of your country it is considered to be under the umbrella of our partnership of Garena and thus you will need to use their services.
