ვიღაცას მივყიდე და მერე მაკირავა საიდუმლო კითხვას ვერ შეცვლიდა და მახსოვს ძველი მაილიც მახსოვს და დაჯე რამოდენიმე თვის წინ მივწერე ბლიზარდს ჩემი მონაცმები პირადობის რუბლის შეცვლაზე და გუშინ რომ მივწერე ვერ დაგეხმარები არ არის შენი აქაუნთიო და რაიმე გზა არ არსებობს ??

I was able to find the account and it does look to have been hacked very recently so as I'm sure you can understand we need to make sure we are helping you the player back onto the account not another hacker so to achieve that we will need you to fill out some security information if you don't mind please.
To do this answer the following points and then save it into a notepad file and attach it to your next reply please:
- Battle.net Account Name: The account name (}email address)} you are using to login.
- New Email address we can update the account with, which isn't already in use on another Battle.net account
- Your Battle.net Secret Answer
- World of Warcraft Account Name: The WoW account you are requesting assistance with.
- CD Key: original WoW game CD-key (we cannot accept Expansion CD keys).
- Name: the full name that the account was created with.
- A scan or digital image of nationally recognised photo ID, such as passport or drivers license (please do not include public transport cards, library cards etc, as these are unsuitable for our needs).
As soon as we have this we can get to work and hopefully get you back on the account.
