Rafa could still finish anywhere in the top 3
Nole Could still pass Rafa though he needs to win Paris (done) and the WTF and Rafa do very badly in London (Rafa could win 1 round robin match or Nole lose 1) and can fall as low as 4th
Andy can range between 3 and 5
Potty can finish 4th or 5th
Assuming the top 8 are the ones at London then Roddick, Davydenko and Verdasco are battling for spots 6 to 8
I'll consider any reserve if and when we know one is playing.
Edit - with Djokovic winning Paris Andy is now unlikely to pass Djokovic. To pass he has to win the title and in the early round robin he can lose or Djokovic win just 1 match between them and as I assume the groups will be done on rankings such that 3 and 4 will not be in the same group then that means 5 of 6 round robin matches featuring Andy and Djoko have to go the right way. Possible but not likely.
On the other side for Del Potro to pass Andy JMDP has to make at least the final of the WTF and it may well need a tournament win by the time the round robin stage is over
