If you received an email stating that your order is pending approval and/or canceled, the most likely reason would be because the billing information provided did not match the information the bank has on file for you.
If it is pending, then you will be asked to provide account information verifying that the address you provided is what the bank has on file - If this is not verified, the order will be canceled.
If it has been canceled, then you will be asked to place the order again using the correct billing address.
