მეგობრებო ebay-დან გამოვიწერე ტელეფონი, რომელიც მდებარეობს ჰონკონგში , ამ გამყიდველს აქვს კარგი feedback, სესაბამისად თაღლითთან მქონდეს საქმე მემგონი ნაკლებ სავარაუდოა..

მოკლედ ვიყიდე ტელეფონი, მაგრამ რაღაც ''საბაჟო პრობლემების'' გამო ტელეფონის გაგზავნა შეფერხდა, შემდეგ გავიგე ქართულ ჩინური კომპანიის transporter.ge-ს შესახებ , დავარეგისტრირე მისამართი , ვთხოვე ამ მისამართზე გაშვება და გააგზავნა კიდეც ordinary mail-ით..... მითხტა რომ ამ მისამართზე მიტანას დაჭირდებოდა 20-35 workdays,... აგერ დავდებ მოწერილებს , რომელიც ჩემს პრეტენზიებზე მპასუხობდა სხვადასხვა დროს... თქვენი აზრი გამიზიარეთ ... და რა არის ეს ordinary mail-ი იქნებ ამიხსნათ , გმადლობთ

From the email you write i can no doubt to find that you guys like the phone very much and want the phone asap,i can totally understand your feeling because i had a same experience just like you when i bought a item on the internet about one year ago.I also wait for 10 days(usually it just need 3 days to arrive at my side) for the cute item,but then they told me that there is something wrong with the post office,so the parcel is lost or delayed there for some reasons and suggest me to buy it somewhere and at the same time they would refund the full money to me.I was very angry at first,but soon i realized that it was not totally their fault and they just wanted to help me the problem soon.Besides,they promised that if i buy other item in the store in the future,they are willing to give a discount to me as for compensation and of course i am very happy about that.
Besides,we did contact with our post office and customs and be given the same answer.We are so angry but couldn't do anything.As for such situation,we are willing to refund the full money to you and if you buy other items in our store in the future,we can give you a discount,is that fine?Thanks in advance and sorry for the inconvenience.

As for such situation,we are willing to resend the item to you by ordinary mail.Because the ordinary mail doesn't need so many procedure when pass the customs but it will need about 15-30 workdays to arrive to your side.The other fast Delivery Method maybe it is more fast,but when pass the customs,the electronic products are inspect strictly or even be returned back. If you agree to ship it by ordinary mail and willing to wait it,we are willing to resend the item to you and we don't need to pay 200$ to you,is that fine?What you lose is the time but you could buy it in a low price,is that right?Hope you could kindly understand our difficulty and we open a store just make a small value money.

I'm so sorry about this matter makes you confuse.This kind of method is used to mail the item which can't passed the customs.Because this kind of parcel will not attract the customs staff attention and will probably avoid the strict customs inspection.But the disadvantage is more slowly compare with the fast way.Because it is not the fast parcel and of course it will delay more time in the post office and it is why the item mail so slowly.But it is relatively safe because it doesn't attract more attention.
Besides,you just kindly need to get the parcel like the ordinary mail which you had got before.Hope this matter will not brings you trouble and inconvenience.Your understanding and kindness will be highly appreciated.

As to the tracking number,just as i said the previous email,we didn't send it with tracking number in order to avoid the customs staff's attention.If you really need to confirm the item whether it is shipped or not,we could send a invoice to you to confirm it,is that fine?
