Landi Renzo spa acquired A.E.B. srl

On 1 July Landi Renzo spa acquired a 100% stake in A.E.B. srl.
The strategic reason for the acquisition is AEB’s specialisation in high technology electronic applications for LPG and methane engines, with focus on the After Market sector.
The interaction between A.E.B. and Landi Renzo spa will enable us to develop important technological synergies and to grow our distinctive skills over the coming years. We will remain the point of reference in the sector that deals with electronic components for conversion kits, without altering A.E.B.’s strong capacity for collaborating on joint projects with the most important companies in the sector.
Our new owners have decided to place strong emphasis on continuity with the past by leaving the internal structure of A.E.B virtually unaltered. Antonia Fiaccadori, who has already been performing a leadership role within the company for several years, has been appointed CEO. As a guarantee of stability and a mark of continued support to our existing customers the Sales Director, Marco Ferretti, and Technical Manager, Marco Beltrami, will keep their existing roles along with the managers of the other main business functions.
A.E.B. will have the great advantage of finding out about new developments in the automotive sector well in advance of their coming to market, thanks to the activities Landi Renzo spa undertakes with the principal OEMs, with whom it has important contracts spanning several years for the supply of the conversion system.
This competitive advantage gained by A.E.B. will be passed on to its customers, who will be able to use new products incorporating state of the art technology in advance of their competitors.
