Jeremy Clarkson has revealed he is battling an aggressive form of cancer.
The former Top Gear star revealed his diagnosis during an emotional scene in the final episode of the fifth series of Clarkson's Farm.
In the episode a visibly emotional Clarkson sits down with his colleagues Kaleb Cooper and Charlie Ireland and tells them that he has been battling an aggressive form of the disease and that he will be undergoing surgery.
The season finale of Clarkson's Farm, which documents Clarkson's trials and tribulations of running his Diddly Squat farm in the Cotswolds, aired on Tuesday night. Before the episode was released Clarkson took to social media to tell his fans that the final episodes would be “really, really difficult” to watch.
In the emotional scenes filmed last year the former Grand Tour presenter tells Cooper and Ireland: “I’ve got cancer” before adding that it was discovered at a “really early stage”.
