Dear Customer,
Are you using only one kit (2 modules total) or two kits (4 modules total)?
If you’re using two kits at the same time, the possibilities of having to increase the voltage is greater. And no, you can safely use it at 1.65V, as long as your case is properly ventilated and cooled.
Please do make sure that you have the right settings:
DRAM Frequency = 1866MHz
DRAM Voltage = 1.50V~1.65V
CL Timing = 9-10-9-28
Command Rate = 2
If you have two kits, please use manual settings. XMP is programmed only for one kit use only.
If you’re using XMP, please try both Profile 1 and Profile 2. Some older BIOS may work better with Profile 2.
It would also be recommended to update the BIOS to the latest version if problem persists.
Alternatively, the DRAM Voltage can also be adjusted to 1.55V or 1.60V to see if those help resolve the booting/restart issue. This would help with lowering the operating temperature a bit.
