The new points-based system (PBS) is the biggest shake up of the immigration system for45 years.
Under the new system, migrants will need to pass a points-based assessment before they receive Certificate of Eligibility and permission to enter or remain in the United Kingdom. It will help British businesses recruit the skills it needs from abroad and assure the British public that only the skilled migrants will need to come to the United Kingdom. The role of employees/migrants with qualifying financial base is crucial to its success.
To complete new points-based system (PBS),you must send the following documents and information's :

The following fees need to be provided by you and your employer for the processing of your work permit and travel Visa:
1.Georgia to London, England, UK (LON) 1,460.47 GBP
Note also that the flight information above have not been booked yet.The booking will be after receiving all other needed documents.
2.The payment of your Application fee which is only 1500GBP
3.The payment of the certificate of Eligibility of 478GBP
4 The payment of your Visa of 400GBP
The total fee to be paid by your employer is 1,460.47+478+400+1500=3838.47GBP
Your employer has already visited our office first thing today's morning and deposit the total fee of 3138.47GBP needed for processing of your traveling documents and booking of flight tickets.
Certificate of Eligibility would be issued to your sponsor. Your sponsor is expected to courier the Form (COE-UKIMG2011) to you as this is proof that you have passed the point-based assessment. We shall also send you a reference number and interview date with instructions to enable you receive Visa at the Nearest British Consulate or Embassy in your Country.
Apart from sponsorship from UK Based Employers, employees are mandated to have at least a minimum of 2,500.00 GBP=6,531 GEL which is the stipulated financial requirement/applicant travel allowance that must be in possession of the applicant/employee into the UK. Before the issuance of Form (COE-UKIMG2011) to your employer for issuance of Visa by Local British Consulate, you are required to show proof that the stipulated financial requirement/applicant travel allowance as indicated above is
available.
CONFIRMATION/PROOF OF SUFFICIENT FUNDS
To meet the above requirement applicants are required to make a deposit of the stipulated financial requirement via western union or moneygram international money transfer using the following format :
Senders Name : Must be your brother, sister or relatives name as the case may be.
Receivers Name: Must be your name
Payout Country: United Kingdom
Payout amount :2,500.00 GBP=6,531 GEL
Note: Make sure that the senders name can be any of your family members but the receivers name must be you, for security reasons.
Note: After forwarding the scan deposit of your proof of sufficient fund for verification purpose ensure that you come along with the original copy of your deposit slip on the day of your arrival to United Kingdom.
This fund will be used by you upon your arrival to the UK that is why you have to make the deposit with your name as the receiver.
Visit the nearest Post Office, Western Union/MoneyGram agent or Bank close to you and inform them of your decision to make a transfer.
Follow the transfer instructions above carefully. After transfer has been effected, you shall send the Scanned Receipt of the deposit to enable our office call Western Union or Money Gram (whichever payment method you used) solely for Verification of the deposit.
This is usually carried out within 48hrs.Remember to keep the original copy too which you use to withdraw the fund upon your arrival to London.
Note :Ensure that the receiver is you so that only you can withdraw the deposit after the verification of deposit has been carried out.
The instruction above would earn you the needed points under the point-based system for the release of your (COE-UKIMG2011) to your employer with instructions on how to receive entry status/notary from the nearest British Consulate.
