All of AEK Athens' Champions League points have come at home so far this season as Milan head to the Greek capital in search of a point for qualification.
AEK Athens qualified for the Champions League group phase following a preliminary round win over Scottish side Heart of Midlothian, losing 2-1 away and winning 3-0 at home. The Greek side last met Milan in the competition back in the 1994-95 season, with the Rossoneri drawing 0-0 in Athens and winning 3-0 in the return which was played in Trieste. The third meeting game in September and Milan once again won 3-0.
