Agent: Zambrotta will stay
Gianluca Zambrotta has no intention of leaving Barcelona, according to the player's agent.
The Italy international has frequently been linked with a move back to his homeland, but he has stated on several occasions that he does not want to leave Camp Nou.
However, rumours persist that Barca are in the market for a replacement, and Zambrotta's agent, Beppe Bonetto, has been forced to reiterate the full-back's desire to remain with the club.
"Zambrotta is a Barcelona player and he feels good where he is," he told the Italian press.
"He has no intention to quit and he has no comment to make regarding rumours about the possible arrival of another player with his characteristics.
"Barcelona know they have the best player in the world in that role and so they have no intention of selling him."
