90+5 mins - Beckhams cross is flicked on by Raul, but Ronaldo can't stretch to knock it in. Arsenal bring off Fabregas - he's been superb - Song comes off the bench.
90+1 mins - Beckham's free-kick from the right is punched clear by Lehmann. Robero Carlos has a follow up which he scuffs wide.
90 mins - Five minutes of added on time will be played. The Arsenal fans are making all the noise now.
86 mins - Diaby fouls Baptista on the right. Lehmann caught the free-kick bravely and gets a few kicks for his trouble.
84 mins - Arsenal are content to just boot the ball clear now, Pires got down the right flank and fired a low shot at Casillas - the angle was too tight.
81 mins - Diaby is straight in on goal after a neat flick from Ljungberg - he wasn't sharp enough to round the keeper.
80 mins - Reyes comes off to a standing ovation from the Arsenal fans, Diaby is on.
78 mins - Casillas has to dash out again to stop Ljungberg getting in behind. Their are definitely goals left in this game.
76 mins - Pires comes on for the tired Hleb, and Baptista replaces Gravesen.
74 mins - Reyes has been down for a while, off the pitch. He rolled back on and felt the wrath of the Madrid players. Casillas is booked for running half way across the pitch to argue, and Reyes for rolling into play.
70 mins - Into the last twenty minutes, Reyes makes a fine surging run down the right and is fouled in familiar fashion - but the ref only gives a throw to the Gunnners.
69 mins - The game has been scrappier since the Arsenal goal. Beckham's dangerous whipped-in free-kick finds Raul totally unmarked - his flick flies high and over the bar.
63 mins - Robinho makes way for Raul. Some say that Thierry Henry doesn't score in big games...
57 mins - Madrid are looking to hit back now, forcing Arsenal to defend deep. If they can pull off this result it will give everyone at Highbury a massive lift.
53 mins - Fabregas played in Henry down the right, but his shot is pushed past the near-post. Madrid break - this is classic end-to-end football. Freddie again scuffs a shot wide, aside from his finishing he has played a blinder.
52 mins - Robinho flashes a shot across Lehmann's goal. He could only watch that one, but it was well wide.
51 mins - The Bernabeu has been stunned by that goal - a vital away strike. Freddie has a scuffed shot at Casillas, no trouble for the keeper.
47 mins - GOAL! Stunning goal from Henry! He burst through the Madrid defence and hit a left-footed shot into the far-corner. Simply brilliant.
46 mins - Arsenal get the half period started in Madrid. Can they push for the goal they deserve? There were no half time changes for either side.
HALF-TIME
45 mins - Freddie took them all on up front and Casillas had to come and boot the ball clear. Arsenal can be rightly proud of their first half performance.
42 mins - Roberto Carlos hammers a free-kick at goal - and luckily straight at Lehmann who punches clear. Arsenal break again and Henry's sidefoots a shot at Casillas.
41 mins - Fabregas is booked for a strong block.
40 mins - Henry did very well to stab a low ball right across the Madrid goal - if only Reyes had been quick enough to follow that up.
38 mins - Lehmann punches a cross clear, then has to save Robinho's looping volley. Madrid are finishing the half like Arsenal began it.
36 mins - Flamini makes crunching tackle on Cicinho on the right edge of the box. He took the ball, but the player is staying down.
33 mins - Ronaldo makes space and has a low shot - straight at Lehmann. Then Beck is put fully clear by Ronaldo and Lehmann makes a vital stop with his legs. The first solid chance of the match for Madrid.
28 mins - Zidane's cross is headed wide by Beckham - great ball but the finish won't have troubled Lehmann. Cicinho is booked for a poor tackle on Reyes. Henry's free-kick is curled well over the far-post.
20 mins - Gilberto plays a low cross in for Fabregas, but the young gun slices the ball gently wide. Arsenal are continuing to attack with real purpose.
17 mins - Madrid have got themselves back into the game, but haven't produced any clear-cut chances.
10 mins - Reyes' cross from the right drops right on the head of Henry - just wide! Arsenal have to make these chances pay.
9 mins - Woodgate has picked up an early injury and is replaced by Mejia.
8 mins - Henry slid a fine ball through for Freddie, he took it round the keeper and Roberto Carlos slid the ball out! Another great chance, Arsenal have had a stunning start.
5 mins - Arsenal force another promising break down the left, Reyes gets the byline but Gravesen manages to push him off the ball. The pitch is in great condition, and may help Arsenal's passing game.
2 mins - Great early chance for Arsenal. Henry took on the midfield and put a neat ball through for Reyes. The Spainard hit it on his left foot and Casillas had to get down well to his left and make the stop. He might have done better, but that should settle Arsenal a bit.
1 mins - Madrid get the tie underway. The home side are dressed in white, Arsenal in yellow.
