Following Silvio Berlusconi's controversial comments in the Gazzetta dello Sport this morning - that the Milan squad is already strong enough to fight for honours - Sky Sport Italia is now speculating that the Rossoneri may indeed bring in no fresh blood.
The sale of Kaka to Real Madrid for a whopping €68.5 million, together with the offloading of Yoann Gourcuff to Bordeaux for €15m, was originally expected to spark a spending spree at San Siro.
However, the transfer of Aly Cissokho from Porto fell through after he failed a medical - claims from Milan that have been rubbished by the player, who says that the Rossoneri were just trying to lower his asking price.
This has led to questions about Milan's financial situation. The club are well known to have had some economic issues recently, and Sky Sport Italia are even suggesting that Milan may in fact sign no new players this summer.
Indeed the station believe that the starting XI under new coach Leonardo next season could be as follows in a 4-3-1-2:

Zambrotta - Nesta - Thiago Silva - Jankulovski
Gattuso - Pirlo - Ambrosini ©
Ronaldinho
Pato - Borriello ბერლუსკონი რა კაციააააააა
