Welcome to our statistical round up for week six Serie A action, and the figures show Milan are in trouble.
Milan 0-0 Bari
The Rossoneri's failure to score against Bari means they have only scored three goals in six matches equalling the record set when they were relegated in 1982. Their average goals per game ratio is 0.50. They have never scored so little during the Silvio Berlusconi era. Milan were relegated on this form. That season they went to Serie B having the second worst attack of the league, scoring just 21 goals in 30 games.

Davide Astori
MilanNews.it claims that Milan director general Ariedo Braida was left particularly impressed with the performance of Cagliari centre-back Davide Astori when he watched last weekend's match between Parma and Cagliari and will put in motion a move to re-sign the player.
The 22-year-old is a product of the Rossoneri youth academy but moved to the Sardinians in the summer of 2008 on a co-ownership basis.
He has come on leaps and bounds on the island, so much so that Milan are now expected to bring him back to the Stadio San Siro next year to strengthen their ageing defensive line.
The Rossoneri have already considerably reduced the average age of their team by recalling wing-back Ignazio Abate and attacking midfielder Davide Di Gennaro.
