Manchester City have spent millions on top talent - but one of their most promising stars for the future is attacking midfielder Abdul Razak.

The 18-year-old made his Premier League debut just 12 days ago against West Bromwich Albion, coming on for David Silva (pictured) - but the dream may yet turn into a nightmare as he faces the prospect of being deported from the UK.
Today's Times reveals that Ivorian-born Razak arrived in the UK three years ago on a visitor’s visa to attend a football tournament in Aberdeen, only to then be abandoned by the people who brought him to the country.
He handed himself in to the authorities, who let him stay on a temporary basis because he was under 18.
However, now that he has turned 18, immigration officials are believed to be reviewing his case and will let Razak know in the next month whether he can stay in the country or be sent back to an uncertain future in the Ivory Coast.
City spotted Razak playing football in South London, and at that stage he had already attracted the attention of Bolton and Crystal Palace.
They have instructed a lawyer, Gulay Mehmet, to assist Razak with his application to the UK authorities for an extension of his permission to stay in the country.
