Juventus Move For Lazio Star CandrevaMassimiliano Allegri has pinpointed Lazio star Antonio Candreva as the big signing to lead his Juventus team into the new season.
Allegri was appointed just two days ago after Antonio Conte resigned as coach of Juventus, but the coach has already held conversations with director Giuseppe Marotta about the players the coach wishes to add to the title winning squad.
As well as the expected arrivals of Patrice Evra and Alvaro Morata, newspaper Leggo reports that the former AC Milan coach has pinpointed Candreva as the man to solve the lack of width available at the club, a problem that was expected to be solved by Argentine Juan Iturbe before he moved from Hellas Verona to Roma this week.
The move would mark a return to Turin for the Italian international, who had an unsuccessful loan spell with the Bianconeri in 2010, but Lazio would be reluctant to sell their star asset, particularly after letting playmaker Hernanes leave to join Inter in January.
Lazio president Claudio Lotito is believed to have quoted Marotta a price of €35 million for the winger, but Marotta believes he can acquire the player for closer to €23m with defender Angelo Ogbonna or forward Sebastian Giovinco going to Lazio as part of the transfer.

Atalanta Look To Juventus Attacker To Bolster Forward-LineAtalanta have emerged in the race for Juventus outcast Sebastian Giovinco.
The Atomic Ant has frustrated fans of the Old Lady over the past two years, and has failed to live up to the potential he showed for Juventus’ youth teams.
According to the Corriere di Bergamo, Atalanta are one of several clubs seeking to sign the 27-year old, but it appears the diminutive forward’s wage demands are a major obstacle.
La Dea join the likes of Galatasaray and Arsenal in pursuit of Giovinco, much bigger clubs which will have the advantage over the Bergamo club in terms of finances.
Giovinco played just 570 minutes of first-team football last season, and his contract expires in June 2015.

Arturo Vidal: 'I'm already at a top club'Juventus midfielder Arturo Vidal has insisted that he is already at one of the world's biggest clubs, amid reported interest in a transfer from Manchester United and Real Madrid.
Vidal said that he would not be drawn into transfer talk because that is the job of his agent, but that he has plenty of respect for his Juve teammates.
"It's difficult to speak of other teams when you are already at a top club," Vidal told La Cuarta. "I have won the Serie A title three times and I respect my team-mates.
"I have heard about the interest shown by Real Madrid and Manchester United in me but it is my agent who deals with this."
Vidal joined Juve in 2011 from Bayer Leverkusen.

Juventus plan £20m bid for PaulinhoAccording to the Telegraph, Juventus are making a £20million bid to sign Brazilian midfielder Paulinho from Tottenham Hostpur.
The move is expected to open the door for Arturo Vidal to leave the Italian champions albeit Manchester United, who seem the front runners to tie up the Chilean’s signature, dismiss the word that they are close to agreeing a deal for the 27 year old.

With the Bianconeri confident that the offer for Paulinho will be accepted by Spurs, the approach gives the impression that the Brazilian international is already being lined up as a direct replacement for Vidal.
The former Corinthians star has recently claimed he is happy at the North London club but a switch to Juventus, who are challenging for their fourth successive Serie A title next season and aiming to compete for the Champions League, will prove to be an appealing alternative.
The midfielder arrived at White Hart Lane last summer, being part of the spending spree that took place following Gareth Bale’s record breaking transfer to Real Madrid, only to endure a tough campaign.
Andre Villas Boas, who signed him, was sacked in December. In his successor, Tim Sherwood, a man who questioned Paulinho’s ability, which led to him losing his place in the side.
Sherwood, who was sacked himself at the end of the season, made way for Mauricio Pochettino. The new manager now has to decide whether he wants to keep Paulinho, a box to box midfielder with a clear goalscoring threat, scoring seven goals last season, at the club.
The Red Devil’s have been strongly linked to Vidal, a player who could help rebuild United’s troubles in midfield alongside Spaniard Ander Herrera, who they signed from Bilbao earlier in the window.
Juventus will want above £30million although the Old Trafford club continue to deny a deal is close to being completed. However, he is likely to leave Juve if the club can sign Paulinho.

"I am 21 and I have been loaned for the last two seasons. Thibaut Courtois was loaned for three seasons and will be without doubt the first-choice Chelsea goalkeeper.
"And Kevin De Bruyne has been transferred permanently to Wolfsburg. They are free in their heads - it is not my case. That would free me totally."
