Tickets for Chelsea vs. Fluminense in the World Cup semifinal have dropped from $473 to $13. The cheapest seats now cost less than food at the stadium
Tickets for the Chelsea vs. Fluminense match at the World Cup have become 36 times cheaper.
The teams will play in the semi-finals of the FIFA Club World Cup on Tuesday at MetLife Stadium in the United States.
The standard ticket price for Saturday's game dropped to $13.40, down from $473.90 less than 72 hours earlier, according to The Athletic.
This means that the cheapest ticket for this semi-final can now be cheaper than buying food ($15) or beer ($14) at the stadium.
Prices for seats in the usually more expensive lower tier have also dropped to $44.60.
