Dual Program Dual Program with Troy University International Black Sea University is planning to sign an agreement with
Troy University in Alabama, USA offering IBSU students an opportunity to go to the U.S. and take courses at Troy University or at IBSU with invited lecturers from Troy University. As a result they get
double diploma.For Bachelor Program: Faculty of Business Management and Social Sciences
Faculty of Computer Technologies and Engineering
Requirement: TOEFL IBT Certificate, minimum
61 points Dual program requires taking 10 courses (30 contact hours). There are two options for getting double diploma:
1) Take courses at Troy University. In this case tuition fee will be:
a. tuition at IBSU-
$4,200 per year and
b. tuition for dual program -
$8,000 per year.2) Take courses at IBSU with invited lecturers from Troy University. Tuition fee will be:
a. tuition at IBSU-
$4,200 per year and
b. tuition for dual program -
$3,250 for 10 courses.

523 points or
TOEFL IBT,
70 points
3. Prerequisite courses
Dual program requires taking 6 courses during a year at any grade. There are two similar options for getting double diploma as with Bachelor Program.
Tuition fee for the program will be
a)
$10,000 total or
b)
$5,000 per year each year for each option (for 12 courses).
If students take prerequisite courses, they have to pay
$500 for each course.
