If you are an energetic, ambitious, intelligent, self-motivated, well-educated investment professional with strong sales skills, with graduate degree in investment/finance from well recognized universities, you have to be our team member and leader!
Job functions:
** Manage day to day, Company owned & operated, business projects and constantly seek new opportunity
** Research SME businesses for prospective fundraise either domestically or internationally .. Manage finance/investment operation of the own or group existing investments (if there is a need) for shareholder/economic value add; monitor financial and operational activities; Improve cash-flow and EBITDA/net operational income;
** Analyze, compare and implement new technologies or know-how for potential new the ventures;
** Seek new opportunities in the region in following industries: Financial, Real Estate, Logistic, Food Processing, Tourism, Retail, F&B, Service, tech applications and artUps; Create short report to CEO;
** Search and raise capital from PEs/VCs, angel investors, hedge funds, pension or real estate funds, PE/VCs and banks actively operating and seeking opportunities in Georgia, Ukraine, Russia, Kazakhstan, Azerbaijan, Turkey and Eastern Europe;
** Establish and maintain contacts within industry professionals in Georgia, Eastern EU, Baltic States and CIS countries;
** Search, analyze and find great opportunities for niche products and business for Georgia/Ukraine Market. Search, analyze, and maintain great networking contacts with private wealthy angel investors/individuals, pension or real estate funds, PE/VCs and banks actively operating and seeking opportunities in Georgia, Ukraine, Russia, Kazakhstan, Azerbaijan, Turkey and Eastern Europe to raising capital (Debt or/and Equity) for specific projects.
** Act as the owner’s CFO of existing ventures; Improve reporting for company further M&A or exit;
** Permanently do company valuation and monitor shareholder’s added value;
Requirements:
** 1-3 years’ experience of Investment, Finance, Banking, Corporate finance, Real Estate Deals, Brokerage, Entrepreneurship.
** Undergraduate/Graduate degree in Finance/Investment from recognized business school;
** Experience or/ad internship as Investment professional in recognized Institutional Company would be great plus;
** Strong sales skills; background in Finance and Investments; Advanced analytical skills in Corporate Finance/M&A;
** Work experience in Russia/Ukraine, Eastern EU, Turkey, Baltic States and CIS countries would be great plus;
US/UK/EU/Russia work/residence/Citizenship or/and at least high school study experience would give candidate a great advantage.
Salary: 1,500 – 2,000 Lari fixed salary + bonus and success fee based on deals find/closed, compensation depends on the qualification and background of a successful candidate.
