Goose Island Brewery uses 32 fermenters, over 15 different yeasts, and stores their brew at a crisp 38 degrees until shipping. In 1992, Goose Island introduced bourbon-aged beer.
Goose Island offers classic ales like Goose IPA – a hop lover’s dream with a fruity aroma, set off by a dry malt middle, and long hop finish; seasonal beers like Ten Hills, Oktoberfest, Rambler IPA, and Festivity Ale are favorites of beer lovers.
At our New Smyrna Beach location, our selections include a rotating selection of Ten Hills – a pale ale that delivers both an herbal and citrus hop character. If a spicy aroma of Cascade hops followed by a crisp fruity ale flavor delivered in a smooth, creamy body that’s immensely refreshing is preferred, try 312 Urban Wheat. A black rye saison that combines a roasted/smoky malt character in balance with a pepper spice from the yeast. Finishes dry with a refreshing level of carbonation.
