Foreign company is searching for a web designer with following skills:

1) building or modifying web-sites from scratch or modifying a pre built template.

2) Good knowledge of php/asp html

3) Fluency in English language

4) Knowledge of Joomla cms

5) some knowledge of FLASH

6) good knowledge of typography techniques.

we will take care for the SEO part and the design style choices.
The level of sites is average and occasionally high ( about details and design and specific needs.)

We are looking for a full time worker for next 2 years ( maybe 3).
We pay 400-500 euro /month ( or 200/250 every 2 weeks).
The candidate must able to emit invoices to us. If he needs we will pay the cost of his individual company registration in his country.

The total amount of work would be a minimum of 50 to the maximum of 100 websites in 2 years.

If we have many high level (design or flash elements or special interactive needs) web-sites we will devolve an extra bonus for each site (variable according to market but not less than 50€ per site)

This can bring the monthly income up to 600-700 €.
