Description: We are the only boutique hostel based in Tbilisi (
http://boombully.com/ ) hosting an exciting mix of young budget travellers. Currently looking for an addition to our host team. We provide fun and friendly atmosphere where you can meet exciting mix of interesting folks all around the world and train your communication skills. It's a part -time job hence we do support our teams self development by providing friendly schedule.
Boombully is a great platform for professional development as we run number of properties in Georgia and we do provide full training of global booking systems used by most international and local accommodation providers world-wide.
DutiesWelcoming guests (checking in & out)
Managing and amending allocations on all of our website and third party booking systems
Providing information about local travel directions
Retaining cleanness and peace around the hostel
Dealing with any issues which may arise in the hostel during your shift
What we are looking for in a Boombully team memberExcellent Customer Service Skills
A drive to improve the hostel experience for all our guests
Well-spoken and written English (second language definitely a plus)
