TRAITS THAT CAUSE LEADERS TO FAIL
Lacks adaptability of resourcefulness: skills suited to one job are insufficient for the next set of responsibilities. Is a primadonna; unable to work with others or build teams Has Character flaws: moodiness, dishonesty, insensitivity, arrogance, contempt, and vindictiveness Alienates others with office behavior: is overly ambitious or lazy, aloof or overly talkative/a gossip ,domineering/unable to delegate tasks or indecisive.
