რამე საიტი არ იცით სადაც იმეით დამიწერს აიქლოუდი ადევს თუ არაა? მე რაც მოვნახე გუგლში აიქლოუდს არცერთი არ აჩვენებს და იქნებ იცოდეთ ვინმემ.

რაც კი შემ3ძლო ყველანაირად ავუხსენი რო აიქლოუდი გამოეტთო რა არ მივწერე მაგრამ მაინც ვერ იგებს რას ვწერ.

Please turn it off because without username and pass of icloud will give us big problem. Would be better to be off

Thank you for your effort. However, iCloud still shows as being "on" on Apple website (icloud.com/activationlock). You can either deactivate it within the phone in settings or by going to icloud.com. You can see the instructions here https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ujsOE2wvLws. Once completed, you can check the iCloud status on Apple website here: icloud.com/activationlock.

Please do not ship the phone unless the iClould lock can be verified as being "off".

i erased the phone. I would have to set it all back up again to do this. Is this required?

You do not have to touch the phone to remove the iCloud from it. All you have to do is to follow the one minute tutorial on Youtube I provided and then verify that your effort of removing iClould was succesfull on icloud.com/activationlock. The website should say that the iClould is "off".
