1. These folks are a bunch of scammers who do not honor their own contract. I signed up for a show, only to have it change 3 times & the final one was a conflict of something else we could not cancel. Our contract had a special clause that gave a full refund if the event changed due to covid- which it did. They agreed to refund the $11,000 & 6 months later - I am still waiting. The Flood Expo came & went & I still got nothing in return. What a disgrace of a company!
DO NOT BOOK ANY SHOWS WITH THIS COMPANY!
2. They run exhibition events, which you can see on their website.
They will call you many times to ask you to sign up for their exhibition booth.
They will mislead and pressure you into signing their contracts over phone calls, which they will just get you to e-sign with docusign.
I was told by their salesperson that I just needed to fill up a "form" to express my interest so that they can negotiate for a better offer, but they only gave me 10 minutes to fill up the "form".
But what I didn't know was that under the long terms and conditions, this "form" was an enforceable contract. Once you sign it, you will have to pay a hefty fee if you cancel. Cancellation fees are between 50-100% even if no services have been rendered.
After they sent me an invoice, I told them that my agreement with their salesperson was that I only filled up a letter of interest. He then got angry and berated me for not reading the contract and basically cornered me with questions.
I had previously also spoken with their Managing Director in Singapore, so I tried to call him multiple times. He picked up the first time and asked me to follow up again the next day. He never picked up the phone afterwards, and never replied to my 3 emails that I sent after.
There's no way to cancel the contract via email or phone call, you have to send it via mail to the UK.
Based on the reviews, I have found that
1) They don’t honour their spoken promises: Events get rescheduled and if people cancel, they do not get refunded
2) They target small business owners and perform these predatory practices to get a quick few thousand dollars from you
3) They will ghost you once you’ve signed their contracts or if you want to make any complaints
4) They have a F- rating on Better Business Bureau
5) Exhibitors who have participated in their events claimed that there were so few attendees that none of them made any sales
Basically, never trust this company, their practices are predatory
3. These people are very unethical! They are straight scammers and they are truly a scum of this earth. I want to leave the email exchange I have with them but unfortunately I couldn’t leave a photo here.
When they are asking for the payment, they will hound you but when you need anything no one will be there for you it’s like pulling teeth and they are very condescending and trying to dismiss you and intimidate you.
These people will promise you half ads that they will put in the magazine but it would hit be there. However they will still send you an email that they have it on the brochure. That’s how blatant these scammers lie.
Btw I didn’t get any business from this expo so just to see if this could my business I had to try and now I now for sure these type of expos are not worth it.
James and all of them are just scammers. These people is wearing a suit at the expo forcing me to sign for next year when I haven’t even start fixing my table. Please don’t give your money away. I wish I knew.
They are scammers and nothing more. Right now I am fighting for the cancelling for next year. They forced me to sign and promised that they will still finalize with me at the end of the show and will tear it in front of my face if I decide not to do it next year.
But I never see them again after I sign.
They are asking me for 5 at first then as soon as I sign. They said it will be 8 k but a little bigger.
These people don’t care show u get the money. If that doesn’t scream scammers to you then idk what.

Pressured into signing a contract through a constant bombardment of sales calls and selling tactics. As soon as the contract was signed there was terrible lack of communication.
Show date moved 3 times but as a small business with limited staff we couldn't make the new dates. After informing them of this there was radio silence and then we were passed around various staff members who had no interest and offered no solutions.
We would have been happy with a partial refund as I fully understand have costs. It would then have allowed them to find someone else to sell the stand to and actually make more money. Was told they don't have any sales staff for the event and they couldn't possibly find anyone to take the stand with 3 months to go (would have been 6 months if they replied to our emails).
In short, whatever the sales staff say on the phone ignore as it's probably not true. Don't sign their contract unless they add a clause regarding rescheduling events and refunds. Otherwise avoid at all costs!

I was pressured into signing a contract to exhibit at their Las Vegas White Label Expo on January 21, 2021. On January 22, 2021, I sent them an e-mail to let them know I was cancelling, and I also sent USPS Certified Mail (registered) with the cancellation document. They did not respond to my cancellation, and sent invoices. I responded to a couple of invoices alerting them to my cancellation, but they continued to invoice me and ignored my communications.
Today James sent me a threatening e-mail that said I had to pay them or they would send my invoice to collections. It is a violation of federal law as I have cancelled within 24 hours, well within the three-day period required by law.
From my experience, this company will strongarm you and bully you. Do not recommend. I had originally been planning to attend another year, but I will no longer consider any events that this company is involved in at all.

Surprised this company have not had more reviews with what l have experienced i would have thought there would be plenty of negativity. They use aggressive tactics to sell you their product, they don't honor their word, they knowingly trap you into a contract or agreement without your confirmation. They should be stopped as l'm sure that they continue to sell and ruin small businesses during this very hard time, a read of reviews on other sites will inform you better of their behavior. Trying to get your money back is an impossibility.

I have never been lied to as badly as I was lied to by this company and their worthless employees. Alex is a real piece of trash, but he is just the norm for this company. We were told that only vetted buyers from top companies were allowed in this show. We did not speak to a single person who was a representative from a real corporation. Talked to an individual with a Aramark badge for 5 minutes then when I asked her what she did she said "I sell beers at the football games." Spoke to a number of vendors who had a similar experience. This company is fraud for profit and I will join in with anyone who is interested in going after them. Any government agency that wants to investigate please feel free to contact me I will provide emails and testimony.
DO NOT BELIEVE A WORD THESE PEOPLE TELL YOU!! SPEND YOUR MONEY ON LEGITIMATE EVENTS NOT THIS CON!! YOU CROOKS CAN STAY IN ENGLAND WERE YOU BELONG!

We were slated to exhibit at this expo, but then our rep started harassing us at all hours for money, being incredibly unprofessional, texting incessantly about other projects he wanted us to fund/invest in, etc
We rescinded our interest in the show and asked for a refund due to the unprofessionalism of the rep, and the company refuses to refund our deposit. The Head of Customer Affairs, James, actually mocked me, told me it “was a personal problem” their employee harassed us, and was incredibly rude throughout. It seems to be rampant unprofessional behavior from the top down. No responsibility whatsoever. We had left the door open for possibly exhibiting in the future, but after the conversation today, we will never be working with this company.

This is a warning to small businesses. The cancellation fee is over $2k, which this company is not forthcoming with and there is no wiggle room regardless of any amendments to the contract. I believe they target small businesses during the pandemic with promises of numerous advertisements, which are very slim. Each business is really in charge of their own advertising. Prysm does very little. Check their FB and Instagram. Very little effort in getting their audience engaged and very few likes for their upcoming vendors.
